The product must be unused and unopened
The product must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase
Due to food safety regulations, opened protein powders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
